Jacques-Cartier National Park offers two options:

Where to Stay Near Parc national de la Jacques-Cartier
Just 30 – 40 minutes from Québec City, this park is easy to visit as a day trip. But if you’d rather wake up closer to the trails, consider staying in Stoneham or along Route 175.
